UNDERSTANDING WEBSITETRACKER
What is WebsiteTracker?
WebsiteTracker is the platform that brings SiteIntel and TrueFunnel together in one place, with one login to understand your website, traffic, and leads. SiteIntel provides website intelligence and monitoring. TrueFunnel provides website activity and lead tracking.
Do I need both SiteIntel and TrueFunnel?
No. You can purchase SiteIntel, TrueFunnel, or both. Each product has its own pricing model, so you can choose what fits your needs without paying for functionality you don't need.
UNDERSTANDING SITEINTEL PRICING
How is SiteIntel priced?
SiteIntel is priced per domain, with unlimited seats. Weekly monitoring starts at $39.99+/mo and includes 4,000 scanned pages per month. Daily monitoring starts at $99.99+/mo and includes 10,000 scanned pages per month. Additional page usage is billed at $0.01 per page.

What counts as a "page" for billing purposes?
Any unique URL that SiteIntel crawls and indexes counts as one page. This includes crawled on-site pages, sitemap URLs, landing pages, and form pages. SiteIntel crawls your full site footprint, not just your main navigation. Redirected pages are not counted. You can see your full page usage at any time inside your dashboard.
How many pages can SiteIntel scan?
SiteIntel can scan up to 1,000 internally linked pages and 1,000 sitemap-only pages on a single website per scan. This per-scan limit is separate from the monthly page volume included in your monitoring plan. If your site is larger or more complex, contact us to talk through your options.
What happens when I exceed my plan's included page volume?
Every additional page beyond your monthly threshold is billed at $0.01 per page. The counter resets at the start of each billing cycle. Your dashboard shows real-time usage, so you're never caught off guard.
Do I need to complete a scan before I can start monitoring?
Yes. The free scan is part of the SiteIntel sign-up process. We scan your site first to understand its size and structure. From there, you'll see what Weekly and Daily monitoring will cost for your site and can choose the right fit before monitoring begins.
Weekly vs. daily scanning. How do I choose?
That depends on three things only you can assess: how large and complex your site is, how much you rely on it for leads and revenue, and how often it changes. If your site is business-critical or changes frequently, Daily gives you a tighter window to catch issues. If it's more stable, Weekly is a strong fit for most teams.

UNDERSTANDING TRUEFUNNEL PRICING
How is TrueFunnel priced?
TrueFunnel uses usage-based pricing tied to scored visitor count. Pricing starts at $199.99 per month per domain and includes up to 10,000 scored visitors per month.
Additional scored visitors are billed at $0.005 per visitor.
Common monthly costs at higher scored visitor volumes are approximately:
- 50,000 scored visitors → $400
- 100,000 scored visitors → $650
- 150,000 scored visitors → $900
Pricing includes unlimited seats.
What counts as a scored visitor?
A scored visitor is counted in each month they visit your website. If the same visitor returns in a future month, they count again for that month. Scored visitor counts include bots as well as humans.
Which visitors does TrueFunnel score?
By default, TrueFunnel scores all U.S. visitors. Traffic from other regions is tracked in aggregate but isn’t scored or billed unless scoring is expanded to those regions. If you’d like to expand scoring beyond the U.S., contact us.
Why is TrueFunnel's visitor count different from GA4?
Analytics tools tell you what happened with your traffic, after the fact, and only part of it. Based on our own data, GA4 and standard analytics tools can miss more than 30% of actual visitor volume due to the limitations of third-party pixels.
TrueFunnel uses proprietary first-party technology to capture website activity conventional tracking can miss, including bot activity. That difference is intentional. Understanding the full traffic picture, including low-quality and automated activity, is part of what TrueFunnel is built to surface. When you compare TrueFunnel and GA4, the gap between them can be meaningful data in itself.
Billing
How does billing work?
WebsiteTracker bills at the end of each billing period based on your actual usage. When you sign up for a paid product, we provide an estimated invoice so you know what to expect. Payment details are captured by our payment processor.
Your final invoice is calculated based on the products you’re using and the applicable usage for each: page volume for SiteIntel and session volume for TrueFunnel. If you make changes mid-cycle, those changes are prorated based on your remaining billing period. Your billing cycle is based on the day you signed up, not the calendar month.
All prices are exclusive of applicable sales tax, which is the client’s responsibility.
What does "start for free" mean?
It refers to the free SiteIntel scan. No credit card is required to run it. You'll get a snapshot of your site and see what Weekly and Daily monitoring will cost based on your site before choosing a paid plan.
Can I switch between Weekly and Daily SiteIntel plans?
Yes. You can switch between Weekly and Daily monitoring as your needs change. Mid-cycle plan changes are prorated.
How do renewals work?
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each subscription term unless you cancel before the renewal date. If you’re on an annual plan, we’ll send you at least 30 days’ notice before it renews.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel anytime through your account settings. Your plan will stay active through the end of your current subscription term and won’t renew after that. We don’t issue partial refunds for unused time in the current term.
Do you offer volume pricing for agencies managing multiple client sites?
Yes. Custom pricing is available for agencies and teams purchasing SiteIntel, TrueFunnel, or both across multiple domains. Contact us to talk through what makes sense for your portfolio size and client mix.
What does custom agency or enterprise pricing include?
Custom pricing is built around your specific scope, including multiple domains or client sites, large or complex websites, higher traffic volumes, and other specialized requirements. Pricing can cover SiteIntel, TrueFunnel, or both and is based on volume and scope. Request custom pricing →
PRIVACY & COMPLIANCE
Is WebsiteTracker GDPR and CCPA compliant?
WebsiteTracker is designed to support compliance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other U.S. state privacy laws. Our privacy practices include purpose-limited data processing, consent and opt-out controls where required, data retention limits, and safeguards for personal information.
TrueFunnel uses different processing models depending on the data and use case, including fraud detection, lead analytics, and lead management. Customers are also responsible for meeting the privacy and disclosure requirements that apply to their own websites and use of the platform.
