What ActivityIntel does
Every website leaks money to traffic you can't see: bots filling out forms, fraudulent leads burning sales hours, ad spend paying for clicks that were never human. WebsiteTracker's ActivityIntel deploys a first-party pixel on your site that detects bots, spam submissions, and fraudulent activity in real time — before they cost you a dollar.
Every visitor generates behavioral signals: click patterns, mouse-movement behavior, page timing, keystroke dynamics, traffic source, and device fingerprint. MagicTracker, ActivityIntel's proprietary first-party tracking pixel, turns those signals into a single number — a fraud risk score from 0 to 3. This is the Visitor Risk Module, ActivityIntel's core, always-on capability.
Every visitor and lead is scored 0 to 3, so you know in one glance who's real.
0
Bot. Filter it, don't pay for it, and don't route it to sales.
1
Minimally engaged. Worth a second look before spending resources on it.
2
Moderately engaged. A legitimate prospect building interest.
3
Highly engaged. Your strongest prospects and leads.
Genuine visitors never notice a thing. Bad actors get caught before they abuse your forms, drain your ad budget, or waste your sales team's time on leads that were never real.
We also track the good bots, including Googlebot, Bingbot, and ChatGPT Bot, so you can confirm they're crawling your site on schedule.
Get the real truth in real time
Most analytics platforms are blind to the traffic that matters most. Because ActivityIntel runs on a first-party pixel, it slips past ad blockers and privacy browsers that defeat third-party tools, giving you visibility into 95%+ of your site traffic, compared to 70% for GA4 and similar platforms that have no bot-detection capability at all. That's the difference between guessing at your funnel and knowing it.
Because the Visitor Risk Module is purpose-built for fraud and security detection — not marketing analytics — it operates under a narrower, fraud-specific legal basis that lets it see traffic other tools miss, while staying inside the consent framework built for exactly this purpose.
Every spam source gets broken down so you can act, not just observe:
- Geography, IP address, and Autonomous System Number (ASN)
- Advertising source and campaign
- Referrer and traffic source
- Day-of-week and time-of-day patterns
Visitor activity refreshes hourly. Leads update in real time, so a spam surge shows up on your dashboard before it shows up in your CRM.

How ActivityIntel compares
Traditional analytics tools were never built to tell a bot from a buyer. Here's how ActivityIntel stacks up against the tools most teams already have in place.
| Capability | ActivityIntel | GA4 / third-party analytics | Server-side counters |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visible traffic coverage | 95%+ of all site traffic | 70% (blocked by ad blockers, privacy browsers, consent opt-outs) | 100% of requests — but with no ability to tell human from bot |
| Bot & fraud detection | Built-in fraud risk score (0–3) for every visitor | None — bot traffic is invisible or lumped in with real users | None — counts every hit, bot or human, equally |
| Lead / form quality scoring | Yes — flags spam and fraudulent submissions in real time | No | No |
| Good-bot monitoring (Googlebot, Bingbot, and ChatGPT Bot) | Yes | Limited or no differentiation | No differentiation |
| Data ownership | First-party, logically isolated per client | Shared with Google's ad ecosystem | First-party, but unscored |
| Update frequency | Hourly traffic updates; leads in real time | Delayed / sampled in many configurations | Real-time, but low signal value |

What WebsiteTracker will never do
Every one of these commitments exists because we know what's at stake when you hand us your traffic data:
never
We never sell, share, or license your visitors' data — to anyone, for any reason.
never
We never hand your data to advertising networks or data brokers.
never
We never pool your data with another client's. Every environment is logically isolated, by design.
never
We never go live without a signed contract in place.
never
We never use fraud data for anything except fraud detection and security monitoring — full stop.

Optional modules: Lead Analytics and Lead Management
The Visitor Risk Module above is included with every ActivityIntel subscription. Two optional modules build directly on top of it:
Lead Analytics Module
Turns your risk-scored traffic into lead intelligence, with three views:
- Lead Risk View — flags which leads are spam before they reach your CRM
- Lead Attribution View — traces every lead back to its true source, campaign, and touchpoint
- Customer journey mapping — shows the path a visitor took across your site before converting
Lead Management Module
A tool for viewing every lead that comes through your site, consented and unconsented alike, so you can respond to any inquiry regardless of consent status. Consent status is flagged on each record; unconsented leads may be used only to respond to the visitor's own inquiry, never for outbound marketing, and are automatically deleted or anonymized 90 days after last interaction.

How do I get started?
1
Complete the Order Form — about 5 minutes. The Order Form is linked to the Master Services Agreement (MSA).
2
Establish your payment method in Stripe — about 2 minutes. We won't invoice you until 30 days after your pixel is deployed and you start capturing activity.
3
Review your privacy policy to see if any changes are needed. We will provide guidance as to what language needs to be included in the Privacy Policy in order for WebsiteTracker to process the visitor behavioral signals. We recommend that you review this with your attorney. Have questions along the way? Check the FAQ.
4
Set up the WebsiteTracker pixel on your site. The first-party option gives 95%+ visitor coverage but needs a DNS record, typically added by whoever manages your domain, usually a five-minute change. The third-party option is a copy-paste snippet with no engineering required. Set up either at our admin console, or email the instructions to whoever handles DNS and pixel placement on your site. Once the pixel is deployed, we start tracking your site activity, so make sure any privacy policy changes are in place before activation.
5
Start using the service. Bots and fraud get flagged before they cost you money.
